Lichterzauber

With Print@Home tickets, you can go directly through the ticket scanners.

If your child is 5 years old or younger, no ticket is required. Admission is free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Guests holding the following cards only need a Lichterzauber ticket, as the cable car ride is already included:
- Lower Austria Card (if the uphill and downhill ride has not yet been redeemed during the summer season)
- Season passes: Bürgeralpe Annual Pass, BergerlebnisPass, OstalpenCard, Mur-Mürz-Top Ski Pass

Purchase in Mariazell:
Lichterzauber tickets are also available directly at the cable car ticket office at the Mariazell valley station. Separate time slots are available on site (tickets can be purchased at the evening box office – even if online tickets are already sold out).

Opening hours 2026:
Lichterzauber: 5:00 pm – 7:45 pm
Cable car operation: until 8:00 pm
Mountain inn: 11:00 am – 7:45 pm (hot meals served until 7:15 pm)
